This Instruction Manual and the MELSERVO Servo Motor Instruction Manual (Vol.2) are required if you use the General-Purpose AC servo MR-J3-A for the first time.
 
Connect your MITSUBISHI MR-J3BAT Battery on the MR-J3 CN4 Connector (front of the MELSERVO MR-J3 Drive). It applies only if you have Absolute position encoder/detection system in the position control mode.
